Crémas is the Haitian holiday drink: rum, coconut and sweet milk, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and lime. Yann makes it in small batches for the restaurant.

Epis, pikliz and sauces are made in our kitchen. Griot is marinated, braised and fried to order.
